Oh, and the commissioned piece is phenomenal.

What's your favorite character in this piece, in terms of how they are portrayed in this commission? Not who is your favorite character.

They are all great but I really dig the Catwoman, in that costume and her expression. I would love to see more commissions with her in the same style, almost like a 40s or 50s pin-up.

Pieces like this one are why commissions are so great...A company crossover with no politics.This one needs no color at all to make it work.  In fact, I think the positioing of the character and background are perfect for black and white, whcih begs the question whther JB in framing these commisions in his head bears in mind that they are not pieces to be colored.

Where else will you find a Neal Adams Batmann who still smiles(hell, Neal doesn't even have him smiling anymore), a Spider-Man with webs under his arms and not a care in the world, and Alfred who still grills!!

This piece is classic Byrne except there isnt any rubble
