The Shadow, Doc and The Avenger along with Shiwan Khan, WOW. I really like this.  Is this from an issue of CPL? I am missing a few issues.  I really like the expression on Benson.

I think this Byrne fellow may have improved somewhat since then.

The 2nd piece was just listed for sale by Romitaman. Love the vintage, but the characters aren't favorites of mine.

Nooooooo, I blinked!!

Thanks for sharing, Ceasar, but I think I woulda been happier in my blissful ignorance!  Well, not really, since I've been looking for that Conan piece for quite some time (grrr, grumble grumble)!  Annnd, because I only "blinked" on the first one!  ;)

Joe, you have a fair chance that the winner will post it on CAF. If you come to him with a strong enough offer, the piece can still be yours.

At least it has surfaced! I hate to think of the lost pages buried under other collectibles in people's closets, basements and garages.

There were also sheets of Zip-a-Tone that had textures like the one in this artwork.

Thanks, Steve, I will be checking CAF, but it's not like I haven't already lucked out.  JBFer, Ari, was kind enough to part with this 70's Byrne Conan:

I would have never guessed that first picture of Conan was drawn by JB.  I've never seen him shade a figure like that.  Looks like he was channeling Bernie Wrightson or something.  It's pretty impressive for such an early work of his.
