That's not the way testimony works. At worst they'll just discount that which
was relayed as second hand knowledge as opposed to first hand——————

-I’m on about the court of public opinion, not the legal process.

Legally, the guy should be buried from this testimony.

I hope that Ginni Thomas doesn't get to worm her way out of answering for her activities.

The limo "hissy fit" is important.
It shows how much he wanted to lead his supporters on the march to the capitol. It was important to him to be there to support whatever he thought would happen. Maybe, he wanted to be there so he could be crowned the President in front of all his believers. Can you imagine him in Pelosi's office with all the other rioters? Unbelievable that so many people can't see how unpatriotic this entire ordeal was.

Something I've been thinking about:
Some of the rioters were mad at Trump for not standing with them. The testimony shows his supporters (that were disappointed that he didn't march with them) that he really did care. He would have marched along side of them if the Secret Service did stop him.

Very true, Bryan. I considered that would be the take away regarding "his people", as he called them.
But these events just mean that the strong feelings anyone had towards Trump deepened from what they already were. No one's opinion was swayed.   < id="protanopia"> < id="deuteranopia"> < id="tritanopia">

I know some security and police were hurt during the riot, but I can't help but wonder:

If it had been a surprise attack and members of Congress had actually been attacked, would Trump be locked up at the moment?

Rudy Giuliani is an idiot.  His comment about Cassidy Hutchinson's testimony about his asking for a pardon: "Contrary to her false testimony she was never present when I asked for a pardon."

So he admits to asking for a pardon, meaning he knows what he was doing was illegal.  And he deleted the tweet as well...

As I said, he's an idiot.

You are being too harsh. He’s clearly dealing with some PTSD after he was brutally attacked with a pat on the back.

Ms. Hutchinson’s testimony will set up the justification for the next domino for the special council. The second hand account of the incident in the beast has opened the door for the Secret Service to go on record. The discussions recounted with everyone now justifies bringing in people previously able to avoid sitting before the committee under oath. I agree that fixating on incident in the beast is stupid and maintain the hearings are to sway public opinion. Specifically, Trump’s supporters are the main focus and they are starting to find it difficult to maintain that Trump is a great man only looking out for the little guy and what’s best for America.

If they are smart, once the Secret Service sits to testify about the steering wheel story, they'll be targeted for information that the is really relevant to provide even more concrete evidence regarding what Trump was really up to.  < id="protanopia"> < id="deuteranopia"> < id="tritanopia">

Some highlights from today's hearings-

Pat Cipollone has corroborated almost everything that was learned from Cassidy Hutchinson.

Former Oath Keeper spokesperson... "I think we need to stop mincing words... It was going to be an armed revolution... This could've been the spark that started a civil war."

Sidney Powell wins Villain of the Day!

Lastly, Liz Cheney revealed that the committee has obtained direct evidence Trump engaged in attempted witness tampering after the last hearing and has referred it to the Department of Justice.

-C!
