Trump is running his mouth trying to make things all about him again, saying there was no respect for Biden because he was seated in the 14th row, and claiming he'd have had a better seat if he was still President. He also said Biden was seated with third world leaders.

I'd hardly call the Czech Republic, Switzerland or Poland third world countries, and Biden is seated where he is because of protocol and arriving late.

The only place Trump should be seated in England is in the Tower of London....

I wonder why the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES didn’t have a reserved seat.

David - what’s the context of your quote please?

Re Trump - person not invited, takes potshot @ person who was there over
where they sat, while also insulting other countries, & also failing to
recognise he was not invited & thus, is actually simply pointing out he was
not there.

Bit like those people having a go @ Vin Diesel photos where he is fat & on a
yacht.

Yes, but he’s still on a yacht.

Yes, but Biden is still @ the funeral.

Well, Bill, I’ve done a Google & I can’t find a reason for this to suddenly
appear in this topic.

We know where it came from, especially as we live in the Black Country, but
as to why it is randomly quoted, without any context, here, is beyond me.

Griping about which row anyone is seated seems like pearl clutching. The Windsors alone took up the first six rows from what I can see. Other royals families presumably came next, then world leaders. Seems like a storm in a teacup to me.

Biden was seated where he was due to arriving late because of traffic.

But I'm with JB: Why no reserved seating?

 QUOTE:

But I'm with JB: Why no reserved seating?

What is this based on? Trump's shit stirring? Many articles talk about how Biden was forced to sit in the fourteenth row and then cite The Guardian as the source. The Guardian reported that Biden was forced to wait to take his seat on account of his late arrival, not that he was booted into a different seat.

On Monday, two hours before the funeral had begun, the Mirror reported on where everyone would sit. Biden, the article stated, would be sitting fourteen rows back on the south transept behind the Polish leader and in front of the Czech Republic and that the First Lady would sit next to the leader of Switzerland.

Edited to add the link to the Mirror story: LINK
