Oral arguments have been scheduled for November 22. We seem to be on schedule for Judge Cannon’s equitable jurisdiction assertion being overruled and the Special Master to be dissolved before the end of the year. Then all documents will be returned to DoJ.

Meanwhile, village idiot Jim Jordan is preparing to go after Hunter Biden in some crackpot scheme that makes no sense to anyone except Jordan.

It's going to be interesting to see how this pans out.

To Drumpf, "not in my pocket" = "far left radical" (if
that's not the exact quote, it's darn close).

Celebrity "journalist" Geraldo Rivera thinks Biden should pardon the twice impeached ex-prez... sooooo he’s admitting there was a crime?

Before there's talk about a pardon, Trumf has to be indicted and found guilty. why would Biden even think of pardoning a president who committed treason and sold top classified secrets to our enemies for $$?

-C!

Does he have to be indicted before being pardoned? Nixon wasn’t.

Either way, it’s bullshit. Trump shouldn’t be pardoned. Nor would he ever
accept it since to do so would mean to admit to guilt of the crime.

I keep being reminded of:

Elon Musk has now reinstated Trump's Twitter account. This should be interesting.
