I know this is pretty trivial but it bugs me-- has there been one artist who's managed to get this right? Sasquatch has pretty distinctive eyebrows and sideburns, yet not ONE artist besides JB has done a good job drawing them.
If I'm wrong, please share an image.
JB, is there something about the look or design that's so hard to get right? I just don't get it.

Quick side-note: Harry, you did a GREAT job with Sasquatch's face on your costume!

Andrew, thank you! Means a lot! He is my absolute favorite of JB's creations and I would only have attempted it if I was certain I could do him justice. BTW, I made 5 heads. Two are silicone so the face can articulate and the rest are latex which will last in perpetuity whereas the silicone will eventually degrade. Prosthetic teeth too!

Wow, man, you went the distance! Guess you know the challenge of those brows-and-'burns more than anyone!

That's an easy one. Hanging over my desk right now, by Craig Rousseau. He grew up a JB fan and loves Alpha Flight.

The only other artist I can think of that got Alpha right is Phil Jimenez.

I didn't think it was possible, but....the Alan Davis Sasquatch doesn't quite look right. This is maybe the only instance I can think of where the Alan Davis version seems off.

Bit of trivia: it was Mark Gruenwald who suggested the twins have their starbursts on opposite hips.
