JB doesn't like for this forum to be too heavily 47 focused, but I want to toss this out here.

On the subject of prescription medication:

Can someone explain to me how can the American public save 200% on those drugs?

300%?

400%?

500%?

Am I going to be reimbursed the cost of the drug and then some?

Can a 47 supporter (or anyone for that matter) on this forum please make sense of this? 😕😕😕

Defend your fearless leader........

Howard Lutnick has been out polishing this turd incessantly.
Something like: if it costs $7 and it goes up to $14, it’s a 100% increase. So reducing it from 14 to 7  would be a 100% decrease.
So, and I’m dumb as hell, but the idea that a medicine is being reduced 500% means it SHOULD cost $10 but it’s being sold for $5000? ( not that I doubt this actually taking place). But the math somehow stems from what the medicine SHOULD cost?

Show me an abacus that does that.

No, that’s a 50% decrease. Is it wonder our economy is the way it is with
math like this?

Three quarters of a century puttering around on this planet, and I still don’t understand how percentages work.

Unfortunately, you seem to be in good, or is that bad, company.

This whole percentages thing regarding drugs really is annoying me to know
end. If a kid answered like that in an exam question, they would receive a
fail.
But because the people they are appealing to seem incapable of stringing a
coherent though together, they get away with it.

Hence the quote: "I LOVE THE UNEDUCATED VOTER!"

And he played on their stupidity......twice! Let's you know how easy it is to fool many Americans.

When I look at the headlines on news sites, I find myself wondering if anyone is being taught proper English anymore.
