No. Do you? The Trump administration put up a $50m reward for the arrest of Maduro last August. There has been an escalating tier of rewards, starting with Trump administration I, then hiked by Biden, and it finally went to $50m under Trump II.
Although the reward and the direct action against Maduro are both examples of meddling in another country's sovereignty, there is quite a gulf between the order of degrees of the two approaches.
Among the extermely troubling things about this incident are:
1. No notification of, consultation with, or authorization from Congress 2. Repeated comments from Trump that the US will be running Venezuela 3. Statements that US oil companies will be heading to Venezuela
And that really does not cover all of it at all.
