Hey! Don’t interpret this as meaning I cheated the guy!! After I paid him I persuaded him to tell me what he’d paid. Turned out Jim’s estimate was about four times his outlay.

That's a great find. Not the greatest fidelity to pencils, but Murphy Anderson certainly knew his way around an ink brush.

Neat thread- JB seeing the vintage Batman piece you picked up is as awesome as your story of it’s acquisition… PLUS I love seeing the cool Napoleon painting the younger you painted so many years ago, very cool stuff!!!
