I'll tell you what I like....curved claws...and Logan doesn't look like a punk kid. He looks like a seasoned veteran.

JB, how do you picture the cutting edge of the claws? It seems that, over time, his claws have come to be drawn as blades... a sharp tip and a knife-like edge running from the inside base to the end.
The way you draw them (and the way they were originally drawn) seem to be rounded with a pointy tip, more suitable for stabbing than slicing... more like a real set of claws. Am I interpreting your drawing correctly?

I love the way you've drawn his cowl hanging behind his head, which I don't see very often. Neatly done.
I agree regarding the geniuinely clawlike aspect JB brings to
Wolverine's... claws. Was wondering, do these
razor sharp beauties retract into a sheath housing inside his
hands? It seems like they must if he is to avoid cutting the
dickens out of himself everytime they retract. Yet, his wrists
seem to have full range of motion both with claws out and
retracted. I'm not trying to be a nitpicking bastard, just
genuinely curious if there's an answer... If his claws are, say, five
or seven inches long, how can he move the joint where his wrist is
attached to his arm if the sheath (and especially the unbreakable
adamantium claws) extend beyond the wrist and into his arm (it seems
like they must)? If the answer is "magic," that's fine.

JB, would you use a "period" signature on a period piece (ie. your Charlton-era sig for, say, a Doomsday +1 piece?)

One of the few times I think the hair seems "animalistic" instead of styled. I'm actually impressed with the hair. Seems real.
