Just in case no one has seen, Master Replicas have been selling loads of
the old Eaglemoss stock. Some they have lots of, & these are being
released on set dates.

Others, they only have around 100 of. These are being released as flash
drops that sell out in minutes.

Messages from the company indicate that stock inventory is a bit of a mess,
with things often not being what they are labelled as, hence the different
release policies.

Bought the LEGO kit of the 1966 Batcave. Some cool stuff, but overall underwhelming. I’m definitely going to have to find a way to customize the rocky walls of the cave.

One big disappointment: on the tiny figure of the Joker they have, yes, included Cesare Romero’s mustache. Why do so many toy companies not seem to understand how Hollywood works?

So if you missed it. . . ." ~ John Byrne

Here is my newest addition and long time "grail" along side one of my obsession toy from my childhood, the Marx Gabriel Lone Ranger.

I loved Superman as a kid because of the comics... then I loved him because of Christopher Reeve... but I really became a Super-fan when John Byrne started working on the book!!

Working on the Lego ‘66 Batcave I was genuinely missing a little Jill St.John figure to fall into the atomic pile. Solution: Robin’s body, Catwoman’s face, Riddler’s hair.

Yes, it was a clever design, unlike a lot of the later spacesuits that looked like NASA could have produced them.

Starting with the first TOS movie, Trek tech took a giant step backwards as everything became busier and more complicated.

A dark day has finally happened.

I have an obsessive nature, & thus need to be careful what I buy. For
example, I have got into the Star Wars Micro Galaxy Squadron & have been
buying far too many of these excellent ships.

One obsessive collecting line I have managed to resist is Funko Pops. This
despite some excellent X-Men, FF & Avengers figures.

For Fathers Day, I have been bought a Wolverine, that includes the cover to
mini series issue 1. Slippery slope initiated.

Speaking of scarily realistic Chris Reeve Supermen:

Steve De Young... YUP!!!  Clark is bang on... Superman is slightly off.  I want this soooo bad.

Peter Martin... Thanks man. I scoured the internet to find this puppy!! He is the centrepiece of my collection now.
