A slice of tomato a day has been proven to have positive long-term impact
on good prostate health.

Wait. Again, what were we talking about?

I'm proud of her - she's a rural Pennsylvanian - grew up on a farm, she's certainly not a radical liberal or anything, but she enjoys the democrats, is an atheist (life long - she just never had any thoughts for any gods) and loves Teddy Bears.  She's a good egg.  I like my grandmother.

So she clings to neither her God or her Gun! Egad!

er, you're going off script there, Scott!  What you said was in agreement with Jodi.

Well, Mike it looks like we might have some middle ground!  They both like bacon.  Now if one likes turkey and the other likes pork we're fucked.

You're in luck.  I like both.

And, Geoff... probably!

We probably agree on a lot of things.

I completely agree the Bush administration has made a mess of this country.  I complete agree we should never have invaded Iraq.  The problem is, Bush did lead this country and we did invade Iraq.  We don't have a wayback machine to go change that.  That puts a huge, huge, huge target on our backs.  It also made is so if we just pull out we will make things worse in the Middle East than they have ever been.

My hardline stance on not pulling out (calm down Tom, I'm talking about Iraq) and the detainees is because of the position we have been put in by this administration.  We don't live in a cotton candy and butterfly world.  We've been propelled into a very dark mine field and if we make the wrong moves, we're dead.

That's also why I don't support Obama.  I don't think he gets that.  I think he believes we can just pull out of Iraq and we'll have a cotton candy and butterfly world.  Then, when that doesn't happen, I don't think he would be prepared to deal with the fallout.
