Well, there was this lovely HC book from 2016 - Avengers by Pérez Artist Select, where, as the name suggests, George selected the issues to go into the book :)
And I must recommend this amazing oversized SC, from 2015. George Pérez's Sirens: Pen & Ink. From Boom Studios. (in B&W) Reproducing the first issue of his original series, Sirens, in both full pencil and fully inked form. And aside from the stunning artwork, every page has text commentary from George. Great stuff!

I know from talking to Jerry Ordway, some years back he had been in talks with the publishers of the art editions of doing one using the complete Crisis on Infinite Earth issue original artwork that he owned at the time. After initial talks it never went anywhere, sadly.

George's art was the only thing of worth in CRISIS.(I knew CRISIS was doomed to fail when Dick Giordano assured me they were getting rid of ALL the alternate Earths, "except the one with Captain Carrot".)

Given George's comments in interviews about his own work, I feel ok in saying that I did not at all see the appeal of his late 70's-very early 80's work. But as with all impressions, they are usually formed by a child's first - in my case, my first actual exposure was the freebie anti-drug issue of TEEN TITANS and then CRISIS, by which point he was so much more improved.
He had said that he was completely self-taught, and wasn't really happy with his early work, so he was on a constant quest to make it better, and I have a great deal of respect for that. Boy, did he. I still regard JB as the better penciller, but GP was the better inker - and I only say that because I feel that George was one of the best inkers in the business, something that I wish he got more credit for. ACTION #600 is such a perfect melding of the 2 that I wish that had happened more often. It was rare for him to ink other pencillers, but whenever he did he brought such a volumetric look to them. A guy I went to high school with had the sheer luck of being inked by George on an independent cover back in '95 just when he was fresh out of school.
I regret that I never had the change to meet him at a convention. Every story I've ever read about him were nothing but pure joy and enthusiasm.

He was probably the all-around best team books artist, did so many of them, and all very well. It almost seemed a waste for him to do a solo character book, although most of those Man-Wolfs are wonderful (once the character got more SF/F and less horror), and what he did on Marvel Two-In-One. One word... neat!

I believe if Crisis had just been a STORY rather than a transformative EVENT, it would have been much better. (How does an infinite number of earths get whittled down to 2?)But to have a zillion pages of Perez fistfights, rubble, and huge pages full of characters…that’s all that’s left to sell it.
