I absolutely do. I recall several people saying "he'll never get indicted" and now he has been twice (with 1-3 more possible on the way) and this one is federal and serious.

I'm 20/80 on if he'll actually do any jail time, but an in home with an ankle bracelet? It wouldn't surprise me.

"How many of you REALLY expect Trumf to face any consequences out of this?"

...

Hand up.
He'll be fined on 5 of 7 counts.
Will have no impact on his run, unlike anyone else ever, all of this, especially the sexual abuse guilty findings, should've killed any political aspirations.

A note: my question is strictly a poll, so let’s not launch into debate. Just state your opinions!

Onward!

No vote as I honestly find I have no frame of reference for anything involving this individual.

Never understood the appeal, never recognized a depth of 'stoopid' (or blind imbecilic victimhood rage?) among enough of the populace that they would come together behind a pretend business genius... :^(

How unlucky this innocent is; more bad quality lawyers... and fearful Biden out to get him... anybody but the one behind the actions always has to be responsible, never the whinging affluenza victim man.

"But that's okay"... I'm glad I was wrong about the debt ceiling 'crisis' sending things off the cliff, but McCarthy whining today about Biden with the justice department at his command being out to get Trump makes me wanna vomit. Trump did things, let there be consequences. More Rove playbook; blame your 'enemy' of what you are far more guilty of yourself.

Will I be surprised if he gets away with most things yet again? No, but I will be sad.

I think this is serious enough that something might stick.

37 felony charges. Confirmed that he held on to files about the nuclear programme and potential US vulnerabilities to military attack.

And the evidence sounds pretty water tight.

An audio recording in which he shared with a writer, a publisher and two members of his staff plan of attack prepared for him  by the DoD which he acknowledges in the recording is secret and highly confidential.

I actually quite surprised he hasn’t said it’s a fake, AI recording yet.

 QUOTE:

34. Upon greeting the writer, publisher, and his two staff members, TRUMP stated, "Look what I found, this was [the Senior Military Official's] plan of attack, read it and just show... it's interesting."

Later in the interview, TRUMP engaged in the following exchange:

TRUMP: Well, with [the Senior Military Official]-uh, let me see that, I'Il show you an example. He said that I wanted to attack [Country A]. Isn't it amazing? I have a big pile of papers, this thing just came up. Look. This was him. They presented me this this is off the record, but- they presented me this. This was him. This was the Defense Department and him.

WRITER: Wow.

TRUMP: We looked at some. This was him. This wasn't done by me, this was him. All sorts of stuff--pages long, look.

STAFFER: Mm.

TRUMP: Wait a minute, let's see here.

STAFFER: (Laughter] Yeah.

TRUMP: I just found, isn't that amazing? This totally wins my case, you know.

STAFFER: Mm-hm.

TRUMP: Except it is like, highly confidential.

STAFFER: Yeah. [Laughter]

TRUMP: Secret. This is secret information. Look, look at this. You attack, and-

TRUMP: By the way. Isn't that incredible?

STAFFER: Yeah.

TRUMP: I was just thinking, because we were talking about it. And you know, he said, "he wanted to attack [Country A], and what …

STAFFER: You did.

TRUMP: This was done by the military and given to me. Uh, I think we can probably, right?

STAFFER: I don't know, well, we'll have to see. Yeah, we'll have to try to.

TRUMP: Declassify it.

STAFFER: -figure out a--yeah.

TRUMP: See as president I could have declassified it.

STAFFER: Yeah. [Laughter]

TRUMP: Now I can't, you know, but this is still a secret.

STAFFER: Yeah. [Laughter] Now we have a problem.

TRUMP: Isn't that interesting?

At the time of this exchange, the writer, the publisher, and TRUMP's two staff members did not have security clearances or any need-to-know any classified information about a plan of attack on Country A.

I think he'll walk. No jail time. Slap on the wrist more than anything else.

Plus this trial will be held in Flori-DUH!!

Nuff said!

One other thing:

Can the GOPee make up their minds (whatever is left upstairs) on Joe Biden?

Is he the mastermind of the Biden crime family?

Or the stumbling old man that constantly falls of his bike and drifts in mid-sentence?

No, this isn't about Joe Biden. This thread is about the ex-president.

This train wreck has lasted 7 years without anyone being able to stop it.

People around the world are watching this and the United States is an international embarrassment.

-C!

That I know. Just stating the obvious about the GOPee

False. It could have been stopped. People (his supporters and the GOPee) were too fucking stupid and afraid.
