It amazes me there is any desire at this point from anyone to hear what Trump has to say on anything never mind giving it any credence. And yet some true believer attacked an FBI office in Ohio and is now dead for Trump. Add to the pile of covid dead such as Herman Cain's and the crazy woman 'patriot' smashing and trying to climb through a window in the Capitol building. Three specific folks who would be alive today but for Trump.

For all that inflation and hysterics about Hilary's own 'classified' (at one time, but were no longer when deleted with authorization) personal e-mails, here you see the old Karl Rove playbook writ large... more guilty of what you accuse your opponent of. Trump had multiple private devices well known to many, and if he has kept, illegally from the start, classified material... and this was known for quite sometime. Wonder why so long in searching his properties! I 'only' want the law applied as to anyone else, but we know a white man of perceived wealth and worthiness would never get shot in his own apartment like a black woman paramedic (now there's worthy) was, and this provably racist con has only grown more certain of himself every time allowed to get off... to become ever more a threat to others up to even the entire country (but gee, it's not like the United States of America is an important country right, and democracy is so overrated, communist China is doing just so so well).

And now the media all hangs to see Trump's lawyers 'next move', gosh so entertaining, be sure to stay tuned... not... no thanks, hasn't nearly everybody had enough of this reality show gone live? Bleh!

After having watched the news, and read a few things, my guess is Trump will be indicted by the DOJ.

This dickhead has been given everything in life: wealth, privilege and the ascendance to the highest power in the world, and all he has done is piss over it for his own ego, pettiness, narcissism and vengeful acts.

He deserves everything that he gets

At what point does he become a flight risk? Because @ some point, he’s
going to realise he needs to run.

The facade, the big front, the original con, is that Trump achieved and worked hard to make himself, and all those people who claim to have been stepped on were just losers.

McCarthy and other sitting Republicans have been threatening reprisals against Garland and the FBI, that's how sure they are about taking back the senate, if not congress as well! There should be consequences to them for such threats.

Fox News is showing stuff about the DOJ 'laundering' a phony search warrant through the media. Again Karl Rove 101; this is what Trump and cronies have been most guilty of trying with their sourceless misinformation and claims of evil conspiracies! They are the conspiracy, Flynn, Bannon, Stone, Guiliani, Trump... how can that not be plain to even a moron after this many years of it?

Now given how some of these alt-right kooks keep going on about Dems and other enemies being pedos and drinking blood... wellllll... yikes! I genuinely hope not, but...?

In 2018 they created a broad 'mishandling of information' rule hoping to be able to apply that somehow to Hilary. Apparently it wasn't broad enough for that, but it will fit Mr. Trump's actions in many ways, even while his ass-kissing fools tantrum about how nothing should apply to their golden leader or his legal advisers and other chosen minions (which his grace must legally extend to ad infinitum). If you are going to have different levels of law application you should want people at the top with the most access to power and privilege to have the strictest treatment, not the most lenient. This already makes the Watergate break-in look like chump change and multiple people spent time in prison on that (if not the unindicted co-conspirator in chief).

I expect Saudi Arabia to be near the top of his list for places with palaces to exile in.

At least he wouldn't be lying if he said he was going to run.

Just not the way most of his cult expected.

Trump supporters are a f*****g cult. If the justice investigates their leader, it automatically has to be a setup: it is impossible for their leader to commit any crime, even inadvertently. Their leader is an angel sent from heaven and could never do wrong.

And of course, rather than accepting that their beloved leader could have committed a crime, these "conservatives" have other plans more in line with their ideology... Starting a civil war.

A cult of 75 million people! They’re more of a religion at this point!

Not all 75 million are pro-Trump, many were just anti-Democrat.  They'd take another Republican in a heartbeat. < id="protanopia"> < id="deuteranopia"> < id="tritanopia">

Trump has shown himself all too many times to be driven almost entirely by rage and infantile pettiness. When he set himself upon the campaign trail his principle pledges to his followers was that he would systematically destroy everything Obama had done.

I think there is no question that Trump will go to jail at some point. Allowing
him to get away with this is only possible if he comes to power again, and I
can't see the entire republican party following him down the line as we see the
evidence mount.

The most chilling aspect is the republican party embracing violent rhetoric. It
is the first step towards civil insurrection, and as long as Trump is allowed to
get away with crimes, they will be energized to call to arms. In a country awash
with guns.

It really is chilling that one shameless, narcissistic ego can move so many
people to embrace lies and violence - all for his own self-aggrandizing agenda.
