There was a parody version on Dexter's lab, you can't parody something too obscure.

Has anyone mentioned MS. TREE? She had a 50-issue series, as well as various minis and specials.

Anyone mention The Maze Agency? You could call it a two hander, but Jennifer was the lead for sure.

Magik. That was a limited series, but Illyana was the lead.

And i think there's a Nancy Drew comic out there, or there was one in recent years.

And Dynamite has a lot of comics with female leads:
Dejah Thoris, Red Sonja, Lara Croft, and there was a femal Doctor Solar a few years ago (that i followed and enjoyed.)

And of course... Death from Sandman had mini series.
Death: The High Coast of Living was my introduction to the Sandman universe (that, and an issue of the regular Sandman series)
