How terribly sad.  Count me as yet another person who really enjoyed Gregg's presence here... he shared a passion for comics with everyone here but beyond that, he was a genuinely nice, thoughtful guy who contributed a lot here.  He will definitely be missed.  Godspeed, Gregg.

Far too young...a very sad day. I shall miss his input on this forum, and join everyone else in offering their condolences.

This is awful news. My sympathies are with you and your family, Brian.
I'm remembering a playful discussion Gregg & I had over the extra "n" in his last name.

This is really horrible news to hear just at the beginning of the holiday season. Rest in peace Gregg. I offer my deepest sympathies and prayers to his loved ones.

Again, thank you all for your continued support.  My parents and I are reading each and every one of the messages posted on this thread and we are grateful for all of them.  Just to be clear, since I hadn't specifically said this: if there is anyone else that is able to and would like to attend Gregg's memorial, you would be welcome.

-Brian

Good grief. I can't believe it. I used to see his name all the time. What a loss.

What tragic news.

Brian, like many others here I didn't know Gregg personally, but I recognized the name and avatar. I will miss his insight and opinions here.
One of the great things about this forum (and the internet) is that it allows people from all over the world to interact. Just look at the locations for everyone posting here.
Just by being here and interacting, Gregg was able to "touch" people all around the world, and someone he never met is thinking of him now.

My deepest sympaties.
