I am just in the process of uploading multi-view shots of the Shazam, Valkyrie and Wonderman figures. They will be on my home page shortly.
They are the actual EM figures and are now sitting in my display cabinet*....I had the pleasure of visiting Eaglemoss yesterday to meet both Alan Cowsill and Richard Jackson....two guys with a genuine passion for Marvel and DC. It was good to finally put faces to the e-mail addressees. Some of the upcoming figures look awesome. Managed to get a look at SUPERGIRL, STARFIRE, UNION JACK and the elusive PROF-X......
Sadly no pics as of yet but Al did say he would try and get some more to me in the next few days.
*(not for long tho as I am looking at running a couple of comps via my website/forum so the collectors out there get chance to own one or two of them )

A better photo of Valkyrie, thanks to young Miss Reaper. The face isn't bad. The bindings on the hair are still too clunky, but this makes me much happier about the figure. Definitely getting it based on this photo.

Still not a fan of the left arm and leg pose. Doesn't work for me. I'll just have to see how I feel about it when the time comes I guess.

Just got back from the LCS and I'm now staring at Vulture and Psylocke as additions to my ever expanding collection. Vulture is particularly striking. The sculpt is fantastic. All the details made 3D with his wings as well as the groves in his classic green costume are perfect. As far as Psylocke, she's never been a favorite, but she falls into the category of Polaris and Rogue for me. I could take or leave all three characters, but their sculpts are really great. Psylocke has a fantastic stance and I love the way they've made her wield her swords. The flowing hair is a plus to an already terrific figurine.

Vulture is on the way from Midtown, but I never ordered Psylocke. Definitely tracking her down. Glad you like them, Matt. I've loved Vulture since I first saw the sculpt.

Just received notice that Vulture and Psylocke are en route, along with a
few other things I ordered from MidTown a while back. Vulture is going to
be a problem, when it comes to how I display my figures!

My digital camera continues to bewilder me. The same camera that a few
months back took this picture. . .
. . . has decided in recent weeks that it will do no better than this. . .
. . . and most of the time gives me this. . .

John I have saved the images above and the first one is set at ISO 100 and spot metering.
The latter two are set at ISO 400 and PATTERN metering.
Big ISO numbers mean more grainy images, and spot works better for figurines because dark backgrounds "fool" the pattern meter.
Get the camera, set it to ISO 100, spot metering and, if you have it, put it into MACRO mode.

What you're seeing is more likely Photoshop effects than anything in the
camera, Steve. I made no change to the camera settings between pictures,
but I did tweak the images in PS to try to improve them a tad.
