Ari Shapiro : well I did try for the character pose

You mean you plan to ask for a solo Nick Fury ? It'd be great !

You're not kidding, JB.  The piece is incredible!  I always say that the scans don't do justice to the full-size commission and that's certainly true in this case.  I am definitely a satisfied customer.

David,
A while back(as I recall) I asked about a Nick fury character pose. It was one of a handful that John wasn't interested in doing. I've commissioned a lot of character poses and John has only rejected three ideas.

I don't recall rejecting a Nick Fury commission. Can't imagine why I would
have.

Good news Ari, sound like you can ask and have your Nick Fury commission !
We'll be a lot here waiting for it.

I've got it!  A humorous Spider-Man piece for the next in James' series:

Spider-Man in an out of control Spider-Mobile (it was always out of control as I recall) racing up the side of the Daily Bugle!  Jameson hanging out a window yelling at the wall-crawler!  Throw in the rest of the Bugle gang (Robbie, Betty) in the windows.
