Pencils are pretty loose around the wheels…
Are you going to tighten up them before inking or just go from there?

As a side note : you described your drawing style as having an "organic" feel
compared to the final product under the inking of somebody like Terry
Austin but I always thought that you had a particular flair for slick pieces of
technology.

I'm always awe-struck by these behind the scenes glances. Maybe it's like the excitement I get when watching an artist draw and the whole mystery of lines slowly take shape into something more. Thanks for sharing JB.

Anybody want to buy an organ or we could just trade straight-up for this commission!?

JB, you are setting quite a high bar with this commission!! Higher than the depicted scene!!!

Fantastic!  It's always incredible to see concept turned into reality.  And it's quite a treat to have a snapshot of the work in progress.  I can't wait to see the finished product.

Is this part of the 'headquarters' collection?

It is, Ryan.  Actually, the common thread is HQ + vehicle + team.  This piece will join similarly themed pieces with the X-Men, Avengers and Fantastic Four in my collection.
