I don't agree with this one bit. I believe Buckler had some talent, but the fact he copied Buscema, Adams or Kirby and those poses/panels were his best speaks for itself

I liked Buckler's work as a kid, until I saw more Neal Adams work that looked oddly familiar.

I never realized that he swiped so much from other people's work.  Regardless, I have had a lot of enjoyment reading his work.  Deathlok is my all time favorite character and those stories from Asonishing Tales still resonate as the most enjoyable storytelling that I have read. 

Not all of us can be great artists such as JB, Neal Adams, Joe Kubert, etc. (I strive to be) but if someone is going to use someone else's work as a reference they should at least give the original artist some kind of credit.

I liked Buckler's art a great deal, but hated that he would include swiping.

And while I wasn't a big fan of his Kirbyish work I certainly don't have a problem with him aping Kirby's style  if that's what Marvel wanted.

And I had been looking for the swipe from that Rama-Tut story for quite some time - I forgot it was in the Machizmo story.
