I have to speak up in defense of Lars here...I don't mean to mindread,
but, I believe that the thread was started with the best of
intentions. There is a bit of a language issue, the restatement(translation)
provided earlier by Knut (thanks for that) was a little more coherent...All that said, I just don't think the stranger danger thing is that prevalent. As stated earlier...the danger is almost always someone in the family.

Okay, so it obviously doesn't make any sense but it seems he's got good intentions, why don't you guys just leave it alone already? I thought this forum was more mature than the others.

You know, i would generally be hard pressed to see how someone giving a warning about a threat to children could be greeted with jeering and laughter -- but . . uh, wow -- what a list.

I think all men who are older than 30 who buy toys, action figures, fantasy related products, oh, and especially "role playing" games -- should be put on an FBI watch list. And, JB, I've seen the pictures of your basement here on the internet...I know you're trying to lure those children down there...we know who you are, mister...!!!
Well heck, I've seen those pictures and I'm STILL looking for that basement!

Every parent should worry about pedophiles and be aware of any situation their children are put in where there's a risk of molestation. Sadly, like Jim said, it's usually a family member who is the molester.

There are some issues with syntax and translation but Lars was trying to be helpful. The list is baffling but Knut's translation sorts much of the syntax and suddenly the list makes sense.
This is a serious subject (I've had to deal with it in my youth group and have seen first had how bad things can get), please treat it as such. It is correct that most abuse comes from within - reletives or known associates - but, that does not mean that parents should not be alert to predetory action, especially at locations where children and adults mix in a leader / sub-ordinate role (It is known that such roles are targeted).
But then, remembering the closed thread on kiddy sex art I'm not that surprised by the tone of this thread. Pretty sad really.
