Okay. So never take your kids to a Comic shop, since they are run by Adults who tend to love comics and are willing to talk about them to anyone of any age.
Edited to fix some bad grammar.

I think all men who are older than 30 who buy toys, action figures, fantasy related products, oh, and especially "role playing" games -- should be put on an FBI watch list. And, JB, I've seen the pictures of your basement here on the internet...I know you're trying to lure those children down there...we know who you are, mister...!!!
This thread is honestly the strangest one ever posted here at JBF that I've read.

I take my daughter to my local shop all the time, and heaven forbid (!), the owner has given her all kinds of free books..myself included. My owner runs a good shop and his daughter helps out there all the time.

If it's very official and run by DC it's OK. However, some behaviour can go undetected for a long time, read the list again. Even if it's endorsed by DC (and they have no control) or Marvel it can be risky if there is more suspicuos behavior to be found. The Superman name and logo can be used and is used by other companies, watch out for those, so instead of unofficial, tell your daghter to watch out for unofficial/franchise entrepreneurs and their events if there is more suspicuos behavior to be found.
Is there something your not telling us
No, I typed it down there, so it's fine.

I have to keep reading it just to see how much more bizarre this is going to get. I don't 'know' where it is all leading, but I do 'know' that it is certainly keeping me entertained on an otherwise boring day at the office.

This has to be meant to be funny, because I've been laughing ever since I've read it.

Is there something your not telling us...umm...well if
you had to give up your ass...i hope it was for X-men
137.
Twenty-plus years ago, I sold my X-Men 137 (and most of the
issues I had between X-Men 110-165) to what was then my
shop teacher. As far as know, he didn't have any designs
on my ass.
My biggest regrets now are, that I sold them, and how
little I sold them for.
