IIRC, the Eternals were experiments of the Celestials as the Skrulls and Kree were. Maybe they got a couple of test tubes mixed up in the case of Thanos.

And he's Starfox's brother.

 

And I flippin' love the extreme perspective on this one.

For those who pay attention to such things -- there is a slight cheat in the perspective here. Viewed from the side, Thanos would be leaning slightly forward. This was necessary to avoid having his right boot growing out of his hip!

Yeah, I just trackedit down, they were eternals, not kree. Memories a little iffy after 25 years.
