I think Peter's statement about Havok not being drawn differently, just that using his power is one of the coolest images ever is spot on.  I attempted to duplicate the 'circle effect' over and over again drawing my own comics as a kid.  That power effect is my favorite of any I have seen.  Whenever it is drawn well I am overjoyed!

Weird thought regarding Havok :

It occured to me that Havok's costume was created in order to contain his power. Am I right ?
Maybe it could have been a good idea to have Havoc's costume turning completely white when he uses his power. (Maybe it would work better in a b&w comic)

But that would have defeated the effect of the concentric circles radiating from his chest, and turning the parts of his costume within them white -- a very dramatic effect, I think!

Love it. There's a beautiful depth to the inking which brings out the details, and the background - as always - seems perfect for the piece!
