Maybe this thread should become a "sticky" or part of the
announcements section.

JB no longer gives interviews.  Steve Ditko very famously does not give interviews.  In my dream world, JB & Steve Ditko sit down to talk to each other conversationally about their careers, works, and the business, and the unedited tape is made available.

Not pressing the issue, Wallace.  Simply posting my questions in the thread per Mr. Byrne's instructions in the hope of gaining insight into two of my favorite (and mysterious) pieces, and one of my favorite comic series.

If it came off as anything but that, my apologies to Mr. Byrne.

Joe, JB has discussed his Indiana Jones experiences at length in a number of the different threads on here. You might want to do a search for Indiana Jones and see what shows up.

I find no fault in anyone declining to do interviews.

I find this Forum even better than any interview I might read in a magazine because I know that in printed interviews, the tone and subject has been sculpted by the interviewer to state what the interview intends to protray.

Here, in this Forum, the interviewee (JB) can have control over what he wants to communicate and not be misinterpreted or misquoted or mis-anythinged.

Thanks, Joel.  Yup...searched for IJ, but this was the only detailed response I found:

Would you link the others?  I'm specifically trying to track down background information on the Indy office piece and the Sentinel.  Thx!

Joe, Click on the word Search at the bottom of the page and type Indiana Jones.  There are a bunch of threads that come up.

Joe S:  " Simply posting my questions in the thread per Mr. Byrne's instructions..."

****

Joe, this is not the thread for your Indiana Jones questions.  JB is not the person who directed you to this thread -- one of the other forum members linked this to show you why JB does not do interviews.

So please no more Indiana Jones on this thread, guys.

Sorry, guys.  New here and getting used to the rules.

@Wilson:  Thanks for the input.  Yup, that was the first thing I did...and it brings up 12 threads, all of which are closed.

I'll start a new one with the questions.  Thanks, everyone!
