I'm not sue this is the exact edition of The Deerslayer (I think there should be some text to the left of "Classic") but the cover artwork looks correct:

The top comic appears to be a "Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies" cover, but I don't know which issue. Edited to add.... Found it! It's #81:

I'm thinking that the third comic from the third row from the top down (fourth down if you count the shelf above) is a "Dick Tracy Monthly." The closest issue in the date range, and with a lighter background would be #6:

This is a great thread. Thanks to everyone.
Something I'm curious about though, since I never saw one of these "walls" in real life, was this picture likely taken right after all the comics were put in place or did they somehow manage to keep them all in order back then?
The one newstand I did go to as a kid, in my memory, seems to always have been pretty well kept but my more recent memories of stuff like this are more like a disaster areas.

Not sure if this helps, but did anyone try doing a negative image of the photo?
For example, the one on the top right near Wacky Duck looks like it says "Stooges". As in Three Stooges perhaps?

It's a point that really cannot be belabored: kids-- the target audience -- did not have to search out a "comic book shop" to find the product. They were everywhere ------------------------------------------------------------ ------ It is madness when you think about it objectively. Removing a mass-market product from where it can be found and hiding it away in speciality shops. Only one outcome was possible.
Think of all the brands/businesses that work hard to improve their distribution and get their products in front of customers, and this was the complete opposite.

Andy, I thought it might be "Stooges," too, but I haven't found anything within the time period with that title, going by Overstreet's Guide.
