For some reason the blacks/inks on this one seems solid and jumps out at me. That, of course, is not a bad thing.

It's always a pleasure to see you draw Captain America again. You can draw him in anyway and it always looks incredible. This is the way Captain America should be illustrated.

Everything that I like about Captain America, well Mr. Byrne manages to capture it all in each of the drawings he does of him. I wish you'd have had a longer run on Cap, sir.

You know what's great about this (and other) commission(s), JB 'gets' the characters. They all look so on model. Looking at so many current comics artists' work today it seems they have all on just to draw a figure correctly, never mind making each one individual with their own 'personality'. Thats why this single figure commission is spot on - you know that's Captain America, he's in command and whoever he's charging towards is going to get his. Just sensational.
