I think the Recorder(s) is a great idea. The speech patterns are the coolest thing about the character though!

I'd forgotten about this character, nice flying pose.

It's always interesting seeing these commissions of characters I wouldn't necessarily get, but that hold a place in others hearts.

Catches the essence of the character nicely. He's one of those characters that works best in a supporting role, where you use him as an observer to events which are unfolding in a significant way.

Sadly, this sketch (as awsome as it is) just reminds me that a Recorder is now being integrated into Iron Man's origin in the current storyline. For those who don't know

SPOILER WARNING

a Recorder who has developed emotions was responsible for Tony being a genius due to manipulating his genes while he was in his mother's womb.
