Jesus Christ, John. Are you actually defending this piece of shit sexual predator? Would it be ok with you if he had Bill Cosby as his running mate?

Excuse me but the Democrats have been defending a sexual predator (Bill) for years who was actually accused of rape and not just being a crude cad.

Trump has been accused of rape as well. Does an accusation equal guilt?
Also is Bill Clinton running for President now?

Anthony, Hillary has a ton of experience.  All of it bad.

If the Dems were smart they would have nominated Biden.  At least he is likable.

How many citizens could there really be out there that don't already
own some form of ID?

-----

In a 2006 survey that is widely cited, 11 percent of Americans of voting
age don't have a current, government-issued ID. That's 21 million
people.

JOHN M. JACKSON: Hillary attacked rape victims.

Presumably you're talking about the women that claim that Bill Clinton raped them.  Is there proof that they were raped?  Credible police report? Physical evidence? Grand jury indictment? Conviction? No, no, no, no, and no.

Second, let's say that Hillary attacked rape victims (even though she didn't).  When did she do this? Was it less than 11 years ago because that was when Trump bragged about sexually assaulting women and cheating on his wife and having affairs with married women. His defenders say it's OK because it was 11 years ago and he's a whole new man now. Why doesn't Hillary get the same courtesy?

Maybe it IS all a scheme! Trump drops out, and whoever steps in looks so good next to him that people feel they can unleash their hate-votes against Clinton.

Nah. The Republicans aren't that smart!!

I believe the ballots are all printed and Trump is on them - too late to drop out and have someone else penciled in (Ryan, etc.). I find this all fascinating and sickly funny. The Republicans had 8 years to cultivate a decent candidate and the best they could come up with is a reality TV star "billionaire" with more skeletons in his closet than the Munsters had.

Trump partially Punk'ing the country and partially feeding off his enormous ego in homage to Andy Griffith's "Lonesome" Rhodes character in A Face in the Crowd. Interesting to see so many Americans buying into his hate-filled campaign (scary and sad) but even more surprising, Republicans who "should" know better siding with this evil, bullying blowhard. Today John McCain cut ties with Trump but why was he ever aligned in the first place? You'd assume if someone publicly dismissed your war heroism you would automatically be against him. But I guess McCain has made a lot of mistakes - staying in the Republican party after what the Bush gang did to him, and "choosing" Sarah Palin and sinking his own bid for the presidency.

Anyway, after blowing it for 8 years, maybe (doubt it) THIS will serve as a wake up call to the party. As Bob Dylan said, "times they are a changin" and they need to rethink their strategy. Hey, even the Catholic church is coming around, so it is possible.

Even more sickly funny -- the amount of time, effort and money spent undermining* Clinton's shot at the White House, and then they nominate basically the one** candidate who is so loathsome that she's practically assured victory.

* With, in fairness, some of the ammo provided by Clinton herself.
** I'd like to think the slimy and repugnant Cruz wouldn't have fared well either

I read today that ev n if Trump dropped out, its to late for a majority of the states to get ballots set up for a replacement.  I have read where some republicans are going to vote for Pence as a write in vote.
