An empty threat. If Joe Average and his wife and five kids leave the country, it's something to watch. If Celebrity Superstar uses a small portion of his riches to transplant his entire lifestyle, not so impressive.

Gunmakers may not sell as many guns, but the types of weapon citizens are allowed to possess may get elevated. I was reading a story a couple of weeks ago where a guy wanted to own a tank and said it was his right under the second amendment.

Is there anyone who thinks the scandals over the next four years aren't going to make the various Clinton allegations look insipid?   We already know Trump isn't planning to divest his private companies; the conflict of interest there is mind-boggling.

Doesn't he have to? In Canada, a Member of Parliament has to put all his assets into a blind trust. It's not really an option. Doesn't the US have similar laws?

If not, you have the same situation as in China, where every senior member of the government is a billionaire or getting close to it.

Trump is putting his holdings in a blind trust run by his kids, which makes me think he doesn't quite understand what a blind trust is.

Hooray, and now the fake hate crime reports have started.  Don't they realize that these fake reports only detract from real ones?  Crying wolf is what got us in this mess.
