So many classics to remember him by -

Amazing Spider-Man w/Steve Ditko, John Romita or Gil Kane
Avengers w/Jack Kirby or Don Heck
Captain America w/Kirby, Gene Colan or Romita
Daredevil w/Wally Wood, Romita or Colan
Doctor Strange w/Ditko
Fantastic Four w/Kirby
Hulk w/ Kirby, Ditko, Marie Severin or Herb Trimpe
Iron Man w/Heck or Colan
Sgt. Fury w/ Kirby or Dick Ayers
Silver Surfer w/John Buscema
Sub-Mariner w/Colan or Bill Everett
Thor w/Kirby
X-Men w/Kirby or Werner Roth

So many great collaborators and epic stories.  Marvel was always more than just 'one guy' but Stan was always in the middle of things in the 60's when Marvel lived up to their name as "The House of Ideas."

A nice little succinct & thoughtful tribute to Stan, from Dan Larson (of "Toy Galaxy"/YouTube fame):

Well, of course, that was ME at that wedding, not Stan. In the minds of civilians, I guess, one comicbook pro is the same as another."

The youtube channel Watchmojo apparently has the same problem. Note the repeated push-in shot of a well-known JB self-portrait.
