Michael! I was vexed by code text a few months ago, and it turned out to be malware, which couldn't be rooted out with the usual tools like Spybot or Malwarebytes. Try searching your drives for "domclickext" and manually deleting. (I ended up formatting the storage drive it was squatting in.)
