Looks like he tore those shoulder things off the yellow-and-blue.

Here's something else in the early stages of contemplation. . . .

Great splash page. It takes a little skill and know-how to create a 2 dimensional drawing that gives the illusion of a 3 dimensional space, while at the same time including another image that gives the illusion of 2 dimensions inside that illusion of 3 dimensional space.

Atchully, I intended the on-screen Wolverine to be a hologram. That’s why his feet are in perspective, not viewed head on. Same for his belt.

To be fair, this would become more obvious over the next pages.

Wow this was awesome to see! Love that splash page. It's incredible that you can have a picture in your head and can just project it to paper. That's some kind of mutant power!
That second drawing is so good. I also like the boot design. And the fact that he looks short without any reference item around is just....C'mon man!

Thanks JB! These are just the kinds of teases I needed to get me through the month!

I'm not sure if anyone has acknowledged this, but your willingness to share this project—and the project itself—has given me something to look forward to through this depressing pandemic. It's been a continued source of positivity and fun through some bleak times. Thank you!

Didn’t imagine myself as an Angel of Mercy when I started this, but you’re welcome!

*******

Maybe you didn't, JB, but I know it's helped me, as well. You started publishing this project around the time my father became gravely ill, and as Mark said, it was something fun to look forward to during a very difficult time.

Thank you for that.
