Imagine having Magneto in your head 24/7, then when he finally goes, he crushes your head like a coke can. Alt-Scott couldn't catch a break.

For some reason I get a kick out of that symbol on the back of Gladiator's cloak. There are more than a few Superman analogues in the world of comics, but Gladiator is one of the better ones.

Potentially off topic, but I just noticed the X-Men Elsewhen link on the front page, is that new or was I just blind previously and somehow failed to notice it.

Agreed, Peter. I noticed it, and immediately thought the same thing.

JB, have you considered redoing the front page to include more recent work?

As someone who once very nearly had a runaway truck roll over his head, I can attest that Scott2's imploded skull definitely gave me the shivers.  (This is a compliment, btw).

Well, the Imperial Guard just had cold water dashed on their plans to save Astra.

Or have they? There's still a chance!

Again I am reminded of an exchange in a MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E. novel I read in my yoot. The President of the United States asks Alexander Waverly "Is there one chance in one hundred thousand?"Waverly replies "There's that chance. There's always that chance."

Another timely reminder that Jean doesn't know the new X-Men very well and Sprite not even a little.
