I think you draw Kurt better than anyone. I hope he stays around now for a while.

Finally? He was seen to be wearing them in issue 17. |

He found a pair off panel sometime after #17.

From the look of it, Kurt actually had underwear on when Spider-Man caught him on page #3 of issue 17.  Spider-Man didn't see that as he was looking in the direction he was swinging, rather than at Nightcrawler's revealed behind, so when Kurt BAMFs out of the web sack leaving his medical gown behind on pages #13 and #14, Spider-Man simply assumes he was in the buff.

Hmm, I just noticed the "378" listed on the building behind Spidey on the splash page.  That seems familiar.  Is that an Easter Egg of some kind?

It is so good to see Spider-Man swinging by, not seemingly dislocated at both hips, and his webbing doesn’t look like a mishap in a fencing wire factory.

 | •• One of Marvel's many addresses was 387, which I suppose might have been lurking in the back of my brain, but there was no deliberate "easter egg".

 | Thanks JB
 *******************************************************
This really resonated with me because I sometimes go into comics shops in hopes of feeling that....excitement....of picking up something new and ALWAYS come away disappointed. This exercise achieves that for me.
I cannot echo the "Thanks JB" enough. |

I think I recognize those boots in the last panel - and OF COURSE that character would be a huge jerk!

Yeek! Thanks for the correction, Robbie. How I overlooked that, I have no idea!

Not to jump too far down this rabbit hole, but those are not the same shorts shown in issue 19.

I was basing my (joking) comment off Spider-man’s comment about unleashing a naked Nightcrawler on an unsuspecting city. |
