I just thought of something... as word gets around about this, I imagine this board will get very busy with views.
Edit to note: Kind of fitting that the launch for this is the preview release date for the "Dark Phoenix" film, considering Elsewhen takes place in the aftermath of the comics version, and "Phoenix: The Untold Story."

Well this is thrilling! Quite the anticipation. Like the lights going down in the theatre for a film you've been waiting to see.
And, really, an altruistic act to post it for us to read. Thank you.

Well this is exciting!
A page a day, so more than an issue a month. Can’t complain about that. Finally, the X-Men will reclaim their place in my heart

I guess the view count is glitching again—or is this thread really getting so many more peeks than the actual art??Anyway, my whole neighborhood is having computer problems at the moment (I’m posting from my iPhone) so there may be a delay getting the second page up.

I overlooked this thread earlier, since I am not used to the fanfic board being active. Oh course, it's the more appropriate place, though it feels weird to call anything by a veteran professional comics artist "fanfic."••• Weird but accurate, Matt.

Rich Johnston, ever the professional, has written on Bleeding Cool that Byrne "won't let" Marvel publish his fan-fic, so JB created a new fan-fic forum on this site...

I suspect the viewcount may be accurate -- this thread is simply easier to find at the moment. I usually view the site via the 'Active Topics' link. If, for example, you are viewing topics from the last few hours or day even, then this thread appears, but the one with the art does not.
I'm sure the page view will ramp up once a few more pages go in there.
