We're just seeing a portion of Earth's nightside, which is essentially the shadow of the Earth on the Earth.

When Chris told me they were going to reveal Nightcrawler is "invisible in shadow", the first thing I said was 'Will he be invisible at night?' " I got hemming and hawing as a reply.

Fantastic. Thank you for your effort on this. GREAT piece of work. This has vaulted to one of my favorite pieces of John Byrne art. And that's saying something.

Outstanding -- like Vinny i see some Kubert to the rendering on Iron Giant, but also some Garcia Lopez to it all -- but all comes together as being Brilliant Byrne -very very nice . .
