How can someone who has lost your trust regain it?
At some point, you have to give them another shot,
which I realize opens you up to the possibility of
being burned twice...
****
Twice. Thrice. Fice. Every time I've done it.
I learn slow, but I learn.

Can someone betray another's trust accidentally?*** Sure, happened to me just recently. A friend told me about a new business venture he was embarking upon, and I mentioned it to another friend, who then got in touch with the first friend about it. The first guy was furious. "That was supposed to be a secret!" Of course, he had'n't told me it was a secret -- so, accidental betrayal of trust.

Denotatively, you indeed betrayed your friend, JB. But connotatively, it would be churlishly resentful to label you a "traitor" considering the mistake on his part to tell you mum's the word.

Many thanks for the reply. I just thought that there might be a "Secret John Byrne Project," like a massive crossover epic that would be impossible to publish, that would exist only at your house.
But it makes sense that you concentrate on things that will generate revenue regardless. Gotta pay for those robots.
Once again, thanks for answering.

I just read JB's comments in this thread. Stopped dead by:
" . . . just went straight in with the ink pens."
AH-MAY-ZING!
Something to aspire to.
Thank you, JB.

John, This was just delivered to me, and I have to say, it's a thing of beauty. I don't think my boss will get too much more productivity out of me for the rest of the day.
It is going to take a major act of willpower to not email Jim Warden for the next commission I want, so I may as well give in.
Thanks again!
