You're a very capable artist. Why don't you draw WW in the same pose with a proper sized head, in your eyes.

Joe, its not about ME, other than MY opinion, and was wondering if anyone else saw it the way I do. We ARE allowed to have differing opinions and observations around here, no? Ive noticed that most of JBs figures of late seem to have larger heads than usual. Not the usual 'heroic' proportions used to seeing from him..

Her head does look a little too big for her body; and more importantly, I think her face fails (BIG-time) to convey the image of one who is regarded by many as the most beautiful woman on (DC's) earth. But then, neither did the last Wonder Woman commission, nor any pic of Wonder Woman JB has ever drawn.
Stephen, opinions are allowed here if you have a set of you-know-whats. However, just remember, you will ALWAYS come under some sort of knee-jerk reactionary passive-aggressive attack from the "amen corner" of the JBF. Remember this is a message board who's chat room was shut down out of fear of non-big brother approved opinions being voiced.

Just as Stephen expresses his opinion, I am challenging his opinion. I think that is fair, but of course it is up to the moderators to decide what is or is not allowed on this board.
I just don't see what is "big" about Wonder Woman's head in that piece. Perhaps Stephen can enlighten us through a drawing of his own.

Joe, hard to further define TOO BIG other than reiterating that I think its TOO BIG for her body. There's a thread elsewhere about how SMALL Liefeld draws heads..do you think they are to small? Do you need a side by side to comprehend that they may be too small? Opinions dont always need to be CHALLENGED do they? They are either agreed upon or not. I've noticed a trend in JBs Art of late, wheres his heads seem to be on the large side..he doesnt seem to address my questions, and thats fine..otherwise I would ask him if this was intentional or not..but again..MY OPINION.
Besides, Joe, I'm SURE if I posted a drawing it would be breaking a rule of some sort...? If you Google ' Wonder Woman Day' and my name, you will find a drawing of mine you can rip apart...lol

I did. Pretty good drawing, Stephen. I didn't heard about this Wonder Woman Day, but in the same page I found your drawing there are many other cool ones.

A picture says a thousand words. At least show us what is disproportionate about her head in relation to her body. You guys go to art school for this stuff, you know.

Rafael, there sure are some great wonder Woman drawings there!
Joe, I never went to Art school. Why dont we just leave it at YOU disagree with me? To me, she just doesnt have Amazonian proportions. I could give you all sorts of " 7 heads tall, etc.." but ultimately, it makes no difference, we each call it as we see it. And I'm ok with dropping it at we disagree.
