What a fantastic piece!  One of the things that I love about JB's commissions is that you can't help but start imagining the circumstances and the story that's taking place.

Credit in this case must go to the customer, who asked for this specific combo. My only contribution -- aside from sheer artistic genius, of course! -- was Bucky's facial expression.

Oh, my!

Bucky's smile and Cap's shield are my favorite parts.

Beautiful piece, JB.

It's said in different ways around here, but what I notice from watching your commissions and the ones sometimes posted by other artists is yours tell a story - a snapshot in time that speaks of an adventure going on, compared to a still shot or head shot.  Also, yours are complete drawings, every bit as polished as anything someone would see in a comic, compared to other commissions I see.  At any rate, terrific stuff!

This "story" would definitely make an enjoyable comic!
