It's ridiculous how you can just keep getting better and better...••• Easy, really. Start by being pretty bad.... *** Doesn't hurt to have a wee bit of talent, too.

Cool!
Wolverine and Namor work really well here -- and, in fact, they are the two characters that I think look the best. I prefer the brown costume, but Wolverine looks just about as perfect.
I also like the symmetry of Wolverine and Puck's pose, Sasquatch's face (what big teeth you have, Dr Langowski), Shaman's splayed fingers, the twins about to touch and the graceful way Namor and Marrina are rocketing out of the water and the how the water is sweeping from their bodies.
A lot of fun.

I prefer the brown costume, but Wolverine looks just about as perfect.•• I also prefer the brown (Duh!!), but, alas, Logan didn't wear that in ALPHA FLIGHT. The only time he was in costume was in the flashback issue, that reprinted portions of X-MEN 109. The other time, he was in his drugstore cowboy outfit, which I suspected was not what the customer wanted in this piece.

Beautiful commission. Whatever happen to those characters? See, it is images like this, that re-enforce to me that the late seventies and early eighties that to some of us, was our "Golden Age."

so cool-- looks like a group that's ready to have fun, whatever lies beyond the edge of the page. great to see mac smiling too! always seemed like he *enjoyed* being a superhero, where a lot of others didn't.

Such a great, fun picture! I agree with Wallace and Peter, I like Wolverine and Puck side by side like that.

This image has inspired me to reread ALPHA FLIGHT #5. That issue just might be my favorite of the series!
