So has anyone guessed the simple piece that JB
was talking about yet?

Is anyone even trying? Definition of impossible!

> I penciled Cap and Golgotha*, and the hook that Cap is swinging from, but aside from a perspective grid I did no pencils for the background, just went straight in with the ink pens.
That's nucking futs -- STRAIGHT with the inks! Wow!!

Another amazing Captain America piece from JB!!!! Great stuff Maestro! It makes me feel like Chuck Heston at the end of "Planet of the Apes" when he proclaimed:
..Damn you...damn you all to hell........MARVEL!!!!
No more Marvel JB greatness except for these awesome commissions. I can't thank JB enough for posting these up here for all of us to see. Thanks mate!

Excellent work as always. A couple questions: I love the Pitt pens, how often do you have to replace them? My brush pen seems to have goten beaten up pretty quikly. Do you ever use something else for very large black areas? Such as a night sky or something similar?

I order my PITT pens in boxes of ten, so I don't pay a lot of attention to how long each one lasts. On the brush nib, btw, it is possible to pull the end off the pen and refill with india ink. A couple of times, anyway. That extends their lives. It's the "refill" pens I often use for the large black areas.(I have not tried refilling one of the smaller nibs.)

Do you find that the brush nib on the PITT pens tends to get "fuzzy" after a while? That's been my experience. Overall though, I still like using them. They don't bleed the way some of the other brush-pens I've used do.

Another great piece JB. Great idea to see Cap fight Golgotha. I get that warm and fuzzy feeling whenever I see a commission with one of your Byrniverse characters. Oh, to dream of reading their new adventures again.

Nice work... Funny to me to see this crossover as I was thinking just yesterday that if I wanted to spend the dough I would commission the Black Fox vs. Golgotha...

No. Do you "snip" the ends? As with regular
brushes, I use an X-Acto knife to take of the very, very,
very tip of the nib. Gives more control.

Damn good commission JB. Love seeing Captain America fighting those nasty Nazi villians.
